Highrise buildings might dominate the skyline of Honolulu but it's the warm sea and sandy beaches that are the real draw to this pleasant city, the Hawaiian Islands' capital.
Four Years Ago, Seven Fine Artists On Molokai Decided To Form A Guild In An Effort To Market Our Work On Molokai. We Now Have 136 Molokai Only Artists And Crafters. Our Gallery Is One Of Its Kind On Molokai. The Rule For Our Gallery Is That One Must Be The Original Creator Of The Work And One Must Live On The Island Of Molokai. Our Mission Is To Promote The Arts On Molokai. We Search Our Talent And Then Assist The Artist In Packaging And Marketing Their Work. In April, 2009 We Needed To Expand To Accommodate More Artists. We Moved To A Larger Location Next To Misaki's Market On The Main Street (Mitchell Paole). We Are Also Working With Art Teachers In The Schools On Molokai To Encourage Upcoming Artists And Help Them To Set Goals For A Career In Art.
